Reviews: Denver WiFi Coffee Shops

coffeeWhy do you go to a coffee shop? Is it for some unique flavor of imported coffee, just to use free WiFi while sipping coffee, or is it for the ambiance? For me, it is not so much about special flavors of coffee; it is more about finding a place away from my home office where I can stay awake, have WiFi access and a potential to interact with other living and breathing people.

I tend to seek out coffee shops with free WiFi which rules out Starbucks paid internet. Next I seek a shop somewhat nearby where I have a potential of meeting new clients or just social friends. Much of my time is spent at The Press coffee shop in Bel Mar. This shop isn’t really what I would call eclectic as it seems very commercial in its ambiance look and feel. I do like that it’s privately owned and has free WiFi. However, in the evenings I willing to travel a bit further for a more eclectic experience. Below are a list of coffee shops that I like which have free WiFi:

  • Stella’s
  • Paris on the Platte
  • Cafe Europa
  • St. Marks
  • Gypsy Cafe
  • Illegal Grounds
  • Rooster and Moon

Do you have a recommendation of a free WiFi coffee shop? If so, please feel free to add a comment to this blog.
